Spencer,
The displays can be purchased thru Digikey.
Lumex is one brand and there is another.
The rubber is elastomer.
If the display works, do not take it apart like I did.
It is impossible to get the glass display to match the contacts on the
pcb.
Note this display was operational and the backlight was not eliminating.
I would also like to know the correct cleaner for the contacts.

Mike Murphy in SD. One is similar to a 8607.
