Berndt,
The RF-590A is no longer really in production so new boards would have 
to be made from scratch.   Also there would be a problem of export 
license. We will still support repairs, depending on the equipment. 
There are only a couple of people around who work on these strategic 
radios.  Most of our work now is Tactical equipment.
Manuals are difficult as well as printed ones are not usually provided 
unless requested.
