G'day,

I'm surprised your R-2368 has an audio board installed as I'm looking to
purchase one for my receiver for over one year. They appear to be an optional
extra in this particular receiver.

Anyhow, your problem is likely to be located on the A23 audio amplifier PCB.
Assuming your 15V supply is fine, I would check the electrolytic capacitors
and in particular C3, C4, C5, C6. The next step is to verify correct
operation of the operational amplifier U1. Check the voltages on pins 1,2,4
and 5.

Perhaps you can do me a favour too:

Can you give me the dimensions of the PCB? I'm planning to make my own PCB
should I fail to purchase one in the next couple of month.

Let me know how you go.
