[Premium-Rx] Harris R-2368 Problem

I have a very nice Harris R-2368 (belongs to a friend) that works very well except that the audio on the internal speaker and the output (rear connector) is very weak with some distortion.  Headphones work great with good audio.

I though maybe some of you could give me some advice.  I opened the covers and wiggled the internal cables a little with no effect on the problem.

It is a great radio, otherwise.

By the way, he would like for me to sell it for him.  I was planning to put it on the Electronic Board in the sky, but if anyone has an interest, let me know.
