[Premium-Rx] Replacing old tantalums?

It is the cost of new tantalums that has me in shock - about $60 each in the Mouse catalog and I need four. They are for a nice HP8660C that was working fine a couple years ago when I put it on the shelf.

I would say use Mil spec M39003 or M39006 parts when possible. ePay sellers
generally have them. One of the advantages is that if one fails it is not
going trash the circuit board in it vicinity as the infamous red end ones do
in older WJ equipment.
