[Premium-Rx] 8718/MFP repair

Hello group,
I am in need of assistance. Several months ago I purchased a WJ 8718/MFP. It worked but  would not hold memory etc..
So I removed the top cover and noticed the battery was missing. With the help of everyone's past posts I was able to locate and
install a battery on the MFP-A4 card. Also noticed some past repairs like cap replacement on the A10 audio card.
Well receiver worked OK for a short time. Now it only receives AM signals.all others not are working. Unit also will not BITE test.
Nothing happens when with  1 8 * but 1 7 * works. It has been this way since I bought it.  I guess I need someone that can test and repair.
 Is there anyone that  might be able to help? There are some People listed on http://watkins-johnson.terryo.org/index.htm site maybe I should try.
