[Premium-Rx] wj8721 Receiver

[Telford Electronics]

Hello Premium list,
                                     Trying too run a Watkins Johnson WJ8721 
VXI Receiver of a Racal VXI Mainframe.
 The PC is National Instruments. Running Windows 3.11.  Software is Watkins 
Johnson RCS.
       Played around with all Port Settings. BUT nothing is happening !!!!!
  Any help would be appreciated...
