[Premium-Rx] RF-7110/7120A/7241A

Hello there. I just acquired an interesting unit. 
On the front, it says RF-7120A
On the rear it says RF-7110
On the rear it also says "this unit has been modified using the RF-7241A
upgrade kit. See the RF-7210A manual for details" 

I should mention that I did see the 7210A manual and didn't see
reference to this upgrade kit.

Does anyone know what the heck I've got!?

My thought is that it started life as a 7110 but this upgrade kit turned
it into a 7210A, but I'd love to hear what you guys think.
