[Premium-Rx] WTB: Microtel MSR-904A and/or FCS-904 op/svc manuals

I've seen a couple of paper copies of the MSR-904A manual for sale recently,
but the prices seem fairly high, in the US $200 range.  Does anyone know if
.PDFs are available, or failing that, less-expensive paper copies?

Also interested in picking up an FCS-904 synthesizer if anyone has a clean
one they're looking to sell.
