[Premium-Rx] Harris 590H

Happy New Year to The List,

  I have been offered a Harris 590H. I am under the impression that it cannot be re-tasked for local control from the front panel. Am I mistaken and if so, does someone have the practical knowledge to provide proper guidance please?
