I will admit to being scammed by Radio Mart, as several have here at  
the Premium List.

I sent a long detailed complaint to Ebay; the only way to get him off  
is through bad feedback, which is a somewhat crippled system.

Another approach is to file a claim with the US Postal Service Fraud  
Divsion, based on interstate mail fraud.  That works well.
