[Premium-Rx] Tech to repair my Racal RA3700-series module?

Gents -
   
  I've located a fault in the IF/AF module of my RA3711 radio and need a surface-mounted IC switch replaced.
   
  Is there someone in the US or UK (a la Gary Winegard) who does excellent work, is experience with Racal receivers, and can replace this suface-mounted IC?
