Hi Pat,

the tracking preselector of the E1800 is as rare as hen's teeth.
Am afraid you will have to have MUCH luck to find one either separately or built in.
On the other hand, from an operational standpoint, is not really necessary
because IP3 of the E1800 is more than excellent and IP2 is fairly good without preselector.
What is/was the "Vebeg auction"?

  For quite some time I have been searching for a late E1800/3 or E1800A receiver with little 
success.

  There is  a nice one on eBay from Switzerland but it does not have the Preselector and it 
would be subject to 27% UK Customs import duty.

  Do any members in Germany know what happened to the AEG Receivers that were sold at the recent 
Vebeg auction?
