[Premium-Rx] WJ 8618 and 8617 Replacement Batteries

Why not use a 1F supercap type capacitor. No leakage problems and works
just like a battery. i used them in 8718 and RF590s and they work fine. 
chose right voltage rating.  doesn't have to be exactly the same voltage,
can use 5V Cap for most applications.
