[Premium-Rx] CIV interfaces available

Hi John,

I had meant to sent this earlier, but I have been very busy.

Just an FYI to anyone interested in computer control of WJ units and
the CIV interface. I have code this and it rather interesting as
older WJ units use the same RS-232 3-wire arrier Sense Multiple
Access (CSMA) with Collision Detection interface multi-drop operation
as ICOM does for its line of Amateur Radio grade Receivers and
Transceivers and many of their Marine Grade transceivers.

WJ receivers with the CSMA interface include (but may not be limited
to) the HF-1000, WJ-8710A, WJ8711A, WJ8712A, WJ8712P, WJ8690. ICOM
CT-17 CI-V Level Converter interface can be used to control up to 4
WJ receivers directly or 6 by splitting two of the CT-17 ports via to
the receivers CSMA interfaces.

The actual control codes for the CSMA interface aside from the
PREAMBLE, CONTROLLER ADDRESS, GOOD and BAD data however are
completely different. Thus one can not make use of software coded to
control an ICOM radio.

The newer 3-wire WJ radios require a Frame Address for its multi-drop
scheme and is not compatible with this older CSMA system.
