[Premium-Rx] Cubic R-3040

Hello All,
I've got a chance to aquire a Cubic R-3040 receiver. 
Unfortunately, I can't find any info on this receiver on the internet.
If anyone has experience with them, comments, or would care to hazzard a guess for  value for a clean working receiver, I'd be very appreciative.
