Please remember that this reflector is provided to us at no cost, and that
some network providers charge by the megaByte or gigaByte. At one provider
where I worked for a while, you paid $X for <Foo> gigaBytes transfer per
month, and a really outrageous rate per megaByte over the flat- rate cap.

If the person paying the bandwidth bill asks that folks keep the traffic
on-topic, it's his call to make, and I for one will comply. Anyone
unwilling to step up to the plate and throw some cash in should comply, and
those willing to contribute cash should have a word off-list with the list
owner(s).
