6790 not being available I in vain tried to copy the 09:00 SAQ transmission
with an NRD-515. 

For the 13:00 transmission I used a Datong VLF converter in front of the
NRD, which brought success. I put the converter directly at the feedpoint of
a 40m circumference loop antenna.  The 28Mc converter output was fed by 30m
of RG142 coax to the NRD.

Unfortunately the converter was ridden by european LF BC IMD products. To
have full joy below 100kc I would need a LP filter with a transit of about
100kc.
Does any of the members happen to have a schematic for such a filter with
Values for Ls and Cs?
