[Premium-Rx] Replacement mixers - WJ M9D - WJ 8716/8718/8888

The offer is appreciated but I wouldn't be in the market for any, if I  
needed a replacement I would do what Craig suggested and use something off  the 
shelf on a small daughter board.
However, if you do still need the info on what's fitted to the quad 8  I'm 
happy to take mine apart and check for you.
