[Premium-Rx] 8718 on ebay

Hi, Gentlemen,

I spent $ many thousands on eBay. According to my experience,
"untested" means non-functional. It´s easy. Everyone, even
absolutely non-brainer can plug in a razor or WJ8718 and say
if it shows any signs of life. I never, never got a functional
item from eBay seller who declared UNTESTED status of the item,
be it RS-6, HP8758 or something else. Untested in eBay language
means TESTED, NON FUNCTIONAL.
