[Premium-Rx] Cubic 3040 special purpose receiver

Ron,

I have been told that the 3040 was a special purpose LF receiver designed for one specific contract that involved submarines.  It was developed after the venerable 3030 time wise, but is said to share none of its components other that the manual tuning knob and some housing parts.
