Paul, I presume you have read the fine manual which is on line in the 
reference section of the premium Rx web site...  The procedure is 
described on page 3-8 of that, and the switch is pictured in Fig 3.2, 
"Control Switch S1 Location".

However if that does not work, it's possible that you may have a faulty 
switch, I've seen that a few times, those DIP switches are rather 
unreliable.  Check if it does go to ground when in the on position.
