[Premium-Rx] Watkins Johnson 861X X-1 S1 VHF UHF Frequency Extension

There seems to be a number of 861X-X 1 S1 receivers out there.
A few have the low frequency option  and the FEX option which goes to
1200 MHz.
Hardware wise they all look the same.
What is needed to add the low frequency option and the high frequency
options?
If it is E proms, does any one sell them as a programmed set?
