[Premium-Rx] 8617b error code

Hello ALL:
   My new acquisition  is wj8617b-1,it's very nice and heavy.But it's 
display error code when i try operation. The error code is "813" when push 
"SCAN","813"when puch"STEP".I was cleaned the pcb socket.This's a useless 
attempt .Can any one please point me to where I can get 
schematics/manual?Do you have any tips?
