Hi Heinz

I also own one of these excellent receivers, although I have never had
any problems with it, it might be worth checking a couple of things
before you heat up your soldering iron:
First check that all the modules are fully seated down onto the main
chassis and all the various small co-ax connectors are fully plugged in
on the underside of the chassis (if you have recently got the radio,
something might have come loose during transit).
Secondly, remove each module in turn and give the various contacts a
good blast of switch cleaner and scrub with an old toothbrush (if I
remember correctly, some modules don't simply pull out from the top of
the chassis, they need the co-ax plugs to be disengaged from the
underside first).
I hope this is of some help.

Best Regards,
Oliver
