[Premium-Rx] Rohde & Schwarz EK 56/4 meter full scale

Hello,

I just got a Rohde & Schwarz EK 56/4 and the meter shows always full scale.
The AGC works (slow and fast) and also manual control. It has no influence
on the full scale meter.
I would appreciate any help before I dig into the receiver.
