[Premium-Rx] Switched outlet

Have seen these in years past, but didn't come to mind; usually leave 
confusers and attendant gear running.

The 390A switch was the first crummy one that came to mind, but I didn't 
want the Warden chastising "sub-Premium" commentary. :)

Strikes me that Racals and other Euro RX usually see 240 VAC mains; 
that's the reflexive choice for the designer; tad more current at 120 VAC
