[Premium-Rx] Watkins-Johnson site update

Guys,
The WJ site has many new pdfs of equipment data sheets thanks to some nice 
loans from Rick Vesny and some pdf files from Spencer Bahner.  Some of 
these files are quite large (3-8 Megs).  This may inhibit usability for 
slower connections but I wanted to keep the quality up.

Rick also loaned some catalogs of West Coast (San Jose) WJ gear with 
information on tuners that were popping up earlier this year on eBay.
