[Premium-Rx] BPLReport Predicts Rapid Growth For BPL-Access

This was discussed pretty extensively on the WA1MBA microwave list awhile
back. Informed consensus seemed to be that it was cold fusion. Gas pipes
in the real world apparently use widely-varying materials and physical
qualities that render them completely useless as waveguides.
I don't know much about waveguide tech; further discussion would probably be
more productive on that list, since those guys eat, drink, and sleep with
it.
