have LSB ... I presume the same is the case with the SAIT MR-14501.

Hi Ahmet,

The SAIT MR-14501 is (as far as I know) the same receiver as the Skanti
R-5001, which you will find a lot of information about on the web (including
a complete manual at the Premium RX web site). 

I have had two R-5001 receivers myself which were both working OK, but not
more than that. However, I know of other people that are very pleased with
this receiver. 

One particularity is that does now have LSB.

Hello everybody,

A friend of mine just mentioned on the phone that he ended up 
getting  2 ( not one for some reason !... ) SAIT MR-14501.  I have 
seen the pic on the web but does anyone have knowledge about this
receiver. What about its performance. Looks like they were built
for ships ??  Anyone own this set ? How about its Performance ?
