[Premium-Rx] Frequency and Time Systems Model 1000B 5 MHz Reference

Hi List

Would anyone out there have any information on the Frequency and Time 
Systems Model 1000B 5 MHz Reference Crystal  Oscillator?  It is ovened, has 
2 SMA RF Outputs (J1/J2) and a 9-way D-Type (J5).  I am particularly after 
the D-Type pin-out and what voltages this device might operate on.  I don't 
have any idea of what equipment it came from.
