[Premium-Rx] Mackay Marine 3031A tuning glitch unglitched

Our rule of thumb for all electronics that goes wacky is "reseat the 
board/reseat the connector.  In this case, the cause was once again MAN. 
MAN causes more trouble!  Well done on the realign-those things can be 
really cranky, requiring the steady hand of a cobra tamer.
