[Premium-Rx] Grounding Receivers

Please post the answer....I don't think it is off topic as it concerns obtaining the best performance from our premiun receivers. I am working out a similar installation here and have the same question concerning seperated AC service/shack grounds.
I have aquired an AC One 24 amp isolation transformer (with Faraday shield) to use while I continue looking for a 7.5 KVA unit. I wonder if there is a potential insurance problem should there ever be a fire?
I measured the different potential between my AC service ground and ham station ground at >2 volts. The ham station ground is extensive, perimeter, cadwelded rods, much buried copper, etc.
The AC power in this older neighborhood is very dirty. The elderly lady next door still has a 110 volt 30 amp service!
