[Premium-Rx] Line voltage for a ITT Mackay 3020

I made a request for the wrong model for changing the Line Voltage on a     
3041 what I need is the line change information on a ITT Mackay 3020 receiver I cannot find where the change can take place I don't have a manual for it.
Also the receiver is labled Debeg but the back of the receiver says ITT Mackay.
I need to change it from 220 to 115 operation.
Anyone out there have any information on how to change this.
