[Premium-Rx] A crazy idea for a Racal RA1781

Howdy, Folks.
I have a sort of crazy idea here.
I have a Racal RA1781 here (a remote controlled version of the
RA1772, essentially) that was mainly bought for parts to keep
the other rigs running. As it happens, I've come to regard the
rig as deserving a better fate than sitting around waiting to
be slowly picked apart like a Thanksgiving turkey carcass.
It occurs to me that it shouldn't be that much of a problem
to use it as a slave receiver in a diversity setup with one of
the RA1772s. It has the same oscillator inputs / outputs and
selector switches on the rear panel as the RA1772; a few BNC
jumpers would accomplish most of the heavy lifting of the job.
All that's needed is at least a sense of what the remote
controller box did for various control circuit functions in
the receiver. Those can be dealt with using a simple outboard
switch panel, or, if I want to get fancy, add output extensions
to the existing control circuits in the RA1772.
Does anybody out there have the pinout for this rig's remote
control connector? Even better would be a schematic of the
remote control interface board; most everything else in the rig
is identical to the RA1772. A manual for either the rig or it's
controller would be FANTASTIC!
Please contact me off of the list if you can help out on this.
