Meir and Group,
This was part of the U.S. Navy Waterboy system used aboard submarines. I
heve yet to see a manual for one. Paul Zecchino at Mil Spec Communications in
Englewood, Fl. had a couple of them awhile back.

Hello Group,
This may not be a contemporary "Premium RX" but it certainly appears to have
been in its day...
A friend of mine acquired an R-1414/URR receiver, apparently manufactured by
Sylvania, according to markings on some modules. There is no
government/military nomenclature or manufacturer's tags, but R-1414 is
scratched on the chassis (is it an NSA special?). This is a solid state
LF/MF/HF receiver, with Nixie tube frequency display. It works well, but a
manual/copy is needed.
The receiver photo can be seen at
http://mbendror.mystarband.net/images/R-1414.jpg .
Any info and/or documentation would be appreciated.
Thanks,
