[Premium-Rx] Repair query: 11C44 vs. MC4044 phase detectors

Terry:

The MC4044 is pin compatible with the 11C44, but the 11C44 has a slightly 
better discrimination of small phase differences. I do not believe that you 
will notice any difference.
