Does anyone know how the 11C44 compares to the MC4044?

I came across a small quantity of 11C44 phase detector ICs and can't find a 
data sheet on them.  A Google search pointed to the MC4044.  The MC4044 was 
used in many WJ synthesizer designs (several in every WJ-8617x and 
WJ-8618x.  I'd like to get data on the 11C44 to see if I can use them as 
substitutes for the MC4044s.
