[Premium-Rx] Tentec RX-331 control programs...

	I recently landed a fairly recent Ten Tec RX-331 at the MIT flea
for $550 complete with service manual, but alas no control program.
Apparently surplus from a company that was trying to send email to
sailing vessels on HF Pactor.  (Lots of other interesting detritus
from that effort at the flea as well - some of which followed me home).

	Does not look too difficult to write a control program  - but I
am curious as to what is out there already.
