Can anyone suggest any good books about Premium

At the library, I found:

A second book that I don't know, but was recommended, is:
"Communications Receiver Principles and Design"
Ulrich L Rohde & TTN Bucher
McGraw-Hill
ISBN 0-07-053570-1

Any other suggestions?
