[Premium-Rx] RA6790/GM diversity reception?

Hi All,
Now I find myself the proud owner of two of these fine receivers (don't 
ask!), has anyone figured out a way  to link them using the serial 
cards, for diversity reception, so that one controls the other.  This 
can be done easily with two RA1792s with  SCORE cards, but I've never 
heard of it being done with the 6790/GM.

Not that I have the real estate for large antenna systems, but it would 
be interesting to know
