hi,  I was a high bidder on a RACAL RA3791 receiver on ebay, and I  just got 
an email exactly as you described it, from a Netherlands 
person(_ceprapadit at aol.com_ (mailto:ceprapadit at aol.com) ) offering me the same  receiver for £1500, 
might be the same guy thats operating on this list,  Dave
