[Premium-Rx] JRC NRD-93 Needs Repair!

Just got my "new" receiver, which sustained some shipping damage.  One of the 
fault LEDs will not shut off.  Specifically, this is the one on the BFO 
board.  Wondering where I can go for component-level repair....Otherwise the 
receiver seems to be okay.
