[Premium-Rx] Need JRC NRD-220 Receiver Info

Fred Osterman (a member of this list) has connected the NRD-220 to the
Universal M-8000 and copied GMDSS traffic with the M-8000 in the GMDSS
mode.

AS for the code. There is an ITU document that has the details (more
than even the curious mind would want to know) about GMDSS and it's
