Another piece of info about the MK3850 and MK3853
These were made in initially two speed ratings (which I think were 1MHz and
2MHz) and then a 3rd at (3MHz - again not sure of the speed) and suffixed the
device number to show this.
Racal used the fastest ones, and these were specially tested and graded - and
may not always be marked as such.
The slower ones may not work properly - but I'd be interested to know if someone
has tried it, and that they do.
