[Premium-Rx] MSRy (Another way to spell misery) Need Nixie advice

Well, I have all but 2 bands running on this MSR2, and found a cracked slug 
that won't move affecting (I expect) the bands with a 1 in them I can't get to 
lock.  A project for later, perhaps.

But in the process of all this, I now have 1 Nixie that reads the number it 
should read, and the next lower number.  Tracks just fine that way.  An Nixie 
experts that could give me a clue on that one?
