[Premium-Rx] HP 8640B phase noise test ?

You have an HP 141T / 8553B, right?  That's good enough to tell you if
there's anything actually wrong with the 8640B.  Basically, go through the
8553B's own residual FM/PN test procedure using the 8640B as a test source.
