David,
If you have the interface for the tracking preselector, there is a line for every decade in the
frequency that is tuned on the HF-2050 (my rig does NOT have this interface fitted, just a
blanking plate).
You could do some smart programing, where you ask the HF-2050 the frequency as in 'FR'
and then pipe this to the exciter...Do you have a RS-422 interface ?
