[Premium-Rx] Harrids RF590 Tuning steps

It may be helpful to add that mine, too, defaults to 1 kHz and has always
been this way since in my possession without my having had to select this.
I'd offer to check my manual when I get home, but I'm sure by then someone
who knows this receiver well will have chimed in with expert knowledge ;-)
