[Premium-Rx] Proposed Policy Change for the Premium-Rx List

I do like the idea of allowing members to post personal for sale and wanted notices but definitely do NOT want to see ebay or other list notices. I have seen other lists that I belong to dragged down by ebay notification postings by members that thought they were doing the group a service but in fact were wasting bandwidth and potentially driving up the price of the auction by bringing in new bidders. It is easy enough to do a filtered search of premium related items on ebay yourself without needing outside help and I think most of us view the other lists often enough to catch for sale postings.
